About Us

I am Josie, a specialist neurological Physiotherapist with over 12 years experience supporting people with movement difficulties, chronic neurological symptoms and Functional Neurological Disorder. My approach is gentle, collaborative and focused on helping you feel more confident, capable and in control of your body.

"I would highly recommend Josie for any physio you might require. I have a brain tumour which initially left me with left side paralysis. I gradually regained use of various areas of my left side however I felt I needed more, so luckily found Josie.
