Our specialist neurological physiotherapists will provide assessment and treatment in your own home. Home-based rehabilitation is highly beneficial as it can improve functional outcomes. By treating you in your own home, we can deliver tailored therapy that works for you.

We will complete a free telephone consultation to understand your needs and advise you on the best service. Following this, we will complete a comprehensive assessment in your home and a personalised treatment programme. Your therapist can visit you as often as you like, from a one-off assessment, to regular maintenance programmes.

We offer a specialist virtual FND physiotherapy for clients diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder. The pathway aims to help you get started on your rehabilitation journey.

Neurological Assessment

60 minutes - £110

A full neurological assessment to establish your current physical needs and what you hope to achieve from physiotherapy. We will discuss the assessment findings and our suggested action plan with you in the appointment.

45 minutes - £90

A follow up appointment based upon your assessment. This may be to provide education, treatment and rehabilitation. The treatment will be aimed at helping you to achieve your goals.

Specialist FND Physiotherapy

Specialist Physiotherapy for people with Functional Neurological Disorder. This can be provided online or in-person (if local). Provided by a highly specialist FND Physiotherapist.

Payment to be made via cash or bank transfer. Payment for assessment and follow up appointment to be made within 14 days of the invoice.

Evolve Neuro Physiotherapy does not invoice insurers directly. Please contact your insurer to ask if they will accept an invoice prior to commencing treatment.

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge.
