The Problem

Many people with FND tell me:

"I don't really understand what FND is."

"Nobody has explained it properly."

"I know my symptoms are real, but I still question myself."

"I don't know what I should be focusing on."

"I feel overwhelmed by conflicting information online."

FND Foundations was created to provide clear, compassionate and evidence-informed education in a format you can return to whenever you need.

What You Will Learn

Through six self-paced modules you'll learn:

  • Why symptoms can fluctuate and change

  • The science of neuroplasticity and recovery

  • Understanding movement, fatigue and pain in FND

A Note From Josie

One of the most common things I hear from people with FND is:

"Nobody has ever explained this in a way that makes sense."

FND Foundations was created to change that.

My goal is to provide clear, compassionate and accessible education that helps people understand their symptoms and feel more confident about moving forward.
