Specialist Neurological Condition Classes
We offer group exercise sessions which are provided by specialist physiotherapists. Classes are aimed to improve strength and fitness, and help you to live well with your condition. They are also an opportunity to meet other people with neurological conditions.

An initial assessment is required prior to commencement of the class. We provide a short 30 minute assessment for £50 aimed at establishing your suitability for joining our class.
